Tips for use
Tips for use
-Apply at night only, after cleansing and toning.
-Start with 2-3 nights per week, then gradually increase as skin builds tolerance.
-Use a pea-sized amount for the whole face: more is not better.
-Apply evenly, avoiding the eye area, corners of nose, and lips.
-Follow with a hydrating moisturiser to minimise dryness or irritation.
-Always wear broad-spectrum SPF 30+ daily, even on cloudy days.
-Don't mix with other strong actives (like AHAs, BHAs, vitamin C, or benzoyl peroxide) in the same routine unless directed by your professional.
-If skin feels sensitive, try the "sandwich method" (apply moisturiser-retinol-moisturiser).
-Be consistent: results are best seen with regular use over 8-12 weeks.
